A man in the UK has drawn the world’s largest penis and balls by using GPS imaging to track his 75-mile run in support of men’s mental health. According to The Guardian, Terry Rosoman completed his phallus-inspired challenge in less than 24 hours, and raised more than £5,000 ($6223), for charity.
Charting the largest penis path
While supporters typically grow facial hair in the month of November to increase awareness about issues that affect men’s health, Rosoman chose to chart his own path of massive manhood and made a big splash.
Am I doing this to secure my name as the first result on Google when someone searches “world’s largest cock and balls”? Absolutely. However, I also have a far nobler cause in mind.
Creating a larger-than-life goal and aiming to meet that challenge is what inspired Rosoman. He hopes that other men will feel equally-inspired to think outside of their comfort zone and achieve a greater purpose–to aim for something bigger than themselves.
Support along the journey
Rosoman was thankful for all of the attention he received. Some people donated money, while others shared and promoted his journey on social media to help with the fundraising effort. A few people even joined him on the run at times to show support.
The Movember awareness charity campaign began 21 years ago as an annual sponsored moustache growing event, to raise awareness of men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancers.
This GPS-outlined largest penis proved challenging to navigate, rising to an impressive elevation of 10,000 ft. The 38-year-old marketing director ran nonstop through the night, encountering pitch-black darkness and misty weather conditions. There were times when he lost all visibility of the trail.
Where there’s a penis, there’s a way
While Rosoman admits to getting lost a few times during the trek, he was ultimately successful in achieving his goal. There was a personal victory in meeting the physical challenge, and an even bigger accomplishment in bringing attention to issues that affect men worldwide.
While a record-breaking, schlong-shaped trek might not be for everyone, lots of people ultimately came together for the fundraising effort. It’s a real life example of the power of the penis to make positive change in the world.
