The “Expressway Y” leads to bate bliss triple A+!
QUESTION:
This thing you call “Expressway Y”—love it, man! It’s bate bliss triple A+++! And I’m not afraid of big words, so can you explain about “neuroplasticity,” how it relates to that? What about “wiring in new neural nets,” as you say? If that’s involved, I’m all for it!
RESPONSE:
Yes! The Expressway Y, for anyone uninitiated, is performed by stimulating your frenulum, that especially intense spot many guys have at the underside of your penis head, while you use your other hand to stimulate one nipple, then the other nipple. Imagine a capital letter Y, the two upper arms connect with your nipples, and the base of the vertical line ends at your frenulum. The Y is sort of like a body diagram; the expressway is nerve that connect inside you.
When you are erect during masturbation, hold the head of your penis in the thumb and forefingers of one hand, then use a finger or two in order to trigger and rub at the tiny fold of skin there, which connects the glans penis itself with the upper shaft. This frenulum, from a Latin word meaning the “bridle of a horse,” for intact men helps to pull the foreskin back up when it is pushed down. Even for circumcised men, it often contains a lot of ultra-sensitive pleasure receptor nerves you can stimulate for powerful sensations.
While doing that, bring your other hand up to your chest and stimulate a nipple with pinches, flicking, tugging, or twirling motions. The central, fleshy nub of your nipple has erectile qualities, in miniature somewhat like a tiny penis. The sensitivity of men’s nipples varies, and it is common for one of your nipples to be more responsive than the other. But if you persist and work with it, that sensitivity can increase and be enhanced, due to that “big” word you mentioned, “neuroplasticity.”
Neuroplasticity is highly relevant to masturbators, especially Mindful Masturbators. It is a reason why, if you keep creatively training your penis, it continues to give you increasingly profound and wonderful pleasure during your lifetime! Until a couple of decades ago, it was believed that after age thirty or so, you begin to lose brain cells, in an irreversible decline. Then, we began to learn how using your brain to explore new information, and new practices, with the right kind of stimulus, can actually wire new neural pathways into your nervous system and brain. Yes, with age you lose brain cells, but keeping your mind active counteracts this trend.
Studies that apply mindfulness training to the treatment of conditions such as obsessive-compulsive tendencies reveal that the training physically increases the complexity of the associated neurons in the brain and nervous system and builds new connections between them.
This is precisely what the Expressway Y practice accomplishes! As you stimulate your frenulum with one hand, use the other to stimulate each nipple in turn. Then alternate with the other hand on your frenulum, the other to your nipples. Nipple sensitivity increases, and your overall ecstasy.
Persist with Expressway Y, along other mindful practices, and your pure penis pleasure will continue to increase with the help of neuroplasticity!

“The Expressway Y” is the same as what is known in sex magic as the “Sacred Triangle.” I call it the “Triangle of Titillation.” It is the connection between the two nipples and the penis as a circuit of pleasure. In neuroscience terms, stimulation of the nipples activates the genital sensory cortex of the brain, so your tits and dick are wired together.
Sex Magick is a powerful practice, and there are various approaches to it, all of them valid in their own way. The one I teach and practice involves semen retention with plenty of erotic stimulation, building to a conscious ejaculation while you keep the focus of intention all through the orgasm. This encourages manifestation of the focus, but requires training and certain healthy parameters, as I teach in Erotic Engineering. Indeed, a big part of more “advanced” self-pleasure practice, or Mindful Masturbation, is indeed about wiring new neural pathways in the brain and body. — BPG
Dear Batemaster,
I love your blog here but have been following your Mindful Masturbation Series over the past few years. Always ready to try new masturbation techniques that involves riding the edge as long as possible to achieve orgasm without ejaculation. I have been experimenting with the technique you have described above and have come across a way to position my hand that is rubbing my frenulum that has been giving me much pleasure over the past 6 months. Ill do my best to describe what I do. Position you hand as though you were giving some one the finger. Now have your middle finger rub on the frenulum and have your bent index finger on one side of your penis head and your bent ring finger on the other. I have my thumb on the upper edge of my penis opposite of my middle finger and my pinkie out as if I was drinking a fine cup of tea LOL. Now use a rocking motion and work my middle finger similar to how you’d see a woman masturbating her clit. Then just change pressure on other parts of your upper penis and head until you find you desired results. Add the nipple pinching and rubbing and let the fun begin. I hope to post a few pics of this on my BW profile soon if you’d liked to check out my demo? Thanks for all you do to keep masturbation techniques ever expanding.
Your appreciation means a lot to me, Brother! Yes, I can follow your description and I sometimes do something similar to what you talk about here. Sometimes I also angle my wrist back towards my body so that my hand is on the head of my penis from the end, upright, and my thumb on the frenulum at the underside. This one seems awkward at first and not so easy to describe, but it’s also delicious! You know, I’ve been practicing what I call Mindful masturbation for about 25 years now, and I continue to make discoveries all the time! Thanks again for your comments! – BPG

Gosh the Y…. It’s something we’re likely all familiar with, but perhaps unknowingly. Nipples and penis and surrounding areas and connecting them when we pleasure ourselves. Nipple play for me has always added an extra little spark to self pleasuring. Not enough to make me cum, just the extra spark.
