QUESTION:
I’m a huge pre-cummer most of the time solo. But on cam with other guys, often it won’t flow so much. I brag about it, then disappoint. And during the day at work, sometimes I get a visible wet spot in my trousers when I’ve hardly even been erect. How can I increase pre-ejaculate flow for my online audience, but stop it at work?
RESPONSE:
Most often, if you produce Cowper’s gland fluid—which is the proper name for pre-cum—then in situations of high arousal, you will produce more. Some men simply don’t produce any, which is a difference, not a defect.
This delightfully slimy, crystal-clear alkaline fluid is created in that little gland behind the base of your penis, inside your body just directly behind your scrotum. It is designed to react against the acidic residue of urine within the urethra. Cowper’s gland fluid protects the living sperm within your semen, from those residual acids.
Normally the production of this “pre—” increases when you get close to ejaculation, to pave the way for the imminent spurts of semen. Thus, when you are edging or cultivating your energy in a blissful manner, the amount may increase. At the same time, on cam, you may inhibit the production of pre-cum with performance anxiety. Your concern about not making more pre-cum might become a negatively reinforcing spiral of cause and unwanted effect. Could be, that turns down the tap.
Many men in their late teens or twenties , even thirties, may experience spontaneous erections, This can happen without seeing something stimulating, or thinking of anything erotic. Your somewhat-mysterious flows of pre-cum on the job— enough to make visible wet spots on your trousers—may be equally spontaneous. You may not consciously be thinking about anything sexual, but the mind has its depths and there may be something spicy lurking there, of which you are not consciously aware.
Like the penis itself, your pre-cum, or Cowper’s gland fluid, is not always an obedient servant.
Many times, in high arousal I do produce some lovely drops and surges of exquisitely slimy clear fluid. I can usually increase it by even more intense stroking, and with some pressure directly behind my balls, where the gland itself lives. Though this often works, there is no guarantee. Just as the penis is said to “have a mind of its own,” so, apparently, does the Cowper’s gland.
Pre-cum production occurs over a wide range. Some men never, or hardly ever produce enough to notice, and others can be like a fountain at times. Best to just enjoy it when it’s there, if you are lucky enough to make pre—!

I call it liquid crystal. I guess I fall in the middle as far as production of it goes. It depends on the situation as to how much I produce. When I watch porn or something like Brother Bruce’s visual instructions of masturbating for an amount of time with an erection in my pants I will produce an amount enough to have a nice dab come out of my dick. But I have never had enough to show through my pants. Masturbating and edging is a different story. After stroking for a while precum drops appear. Continued stroking and as sensations start to build it will start mildly flowing down my shaft. Squeezing and/or pressing up behind my balls will really cause it to flow out. I eat every drop of that liquid crystal. But after pressing up and squeezing it out it usually is all gone and no more is made. I have only had one occasion in my life that was mind blowing pertaining to precum. I was edging and allowing the precum to come out naturally with no squeezing or pressing. I did the stop start method until I couldn’t stand it anymore. When I decided to ejaculate the first shot was pure clear precum. It amazed me. The second and third shots were milky semen. Then I just oozed some more cum. But in all my life that was the only time I shot precum. I love the stuff.
I have noticed recently that I am now ejaculating before my actual orgasim. I had thought it was precum but notice when I do finally orgasim, not much sperm comes out at that time, althought if feels like it does, I keep looking for where it is . ha
Just confused as to what caused this change.
TMAN9NYC, I too recently have noticed a change in the way I ejaculate. This my whole life wasn’t like this for me but recently here is what happens: I begin masturbating and after a period of time as sensations are starting to build (not to the point of no return), while I am stroking semen will start flowing out of my dick all down the shaft. Like you it is definitely not precum. There is no spurting just a flow. It feels good but is not really an orgasm like spasm. It is really a lot of cum that flows out. If I keep stroking I will have a regular ejaculation but again like you there is less cum and the orgasm won’t be as pleasurable but I do shoot what is left. It is like most of my semen came out before it was supposed to. This also makes it very hard to edge. I am healthy and have no problems that I know of. I find it interesting that you too are experiencing something similar. So I don’t know how many guys are experiencing this but I am at least one who is. In the starting of my bate session I do produce precum and it too will run down my shaft. The semen flowing problem happens as I am approaching that feeling of wanting to cum but it starts flowing before I get there. Go figure.
