Question:

Is there some exercise we can do to strengthen the Bator’s wrist?

– Laval22

Answer:

Thank you for your important question, fellow bate brother. I think that taking care of our wrists is paramount when we are using them in repetitive situations such as bating. There are various exercises that you can do to strengthen your wrist and there is also preventative stretches and massaging that you can do to maintain wrist health for maximum bate pleasure.

As for strengthening the muscles in your wrist and forearm, you can use a gripper (A), which is fairly self-explanatory. You can also use a Wrist Curl, (B) which consists of a bar that is connected to a string with a weight, which you raise the weight by wringing the bar upward and downward. Another way to strengthen the muscles in your wrist and forearm is to use a dumbbell (C) and flex your wrist over the edge of a table with your palm up, and then with your facing down, to get the muscles on either side of your arm.

Strengthening your wrists is important, but just as imperative, if not more so, is stretching your wrists and forearm muscles to prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which is an inflammation of the ligaments in your wrists that can be very painful caused by overuse and repetitive movements. I would suggest stretching and massaging your wrists before a long bate session, as well as after a long bate session. Think of Bating as a workout. Just like any workout you need to stretch before and after to maintain flexibility and muscle health. The same principle applies with masturbation.

Hand MovementsA few stretches for your wrists and forearms can make a world of difference in your bating endurance. Here are some ideas. Please refer to the photo below. First, stick you hand out flat. Only bending at the wrist joint, bring your hand up slowly as far as it can go. Then without bending any of your fingers, bring your hand down slowly, only bending at the wrist. Then do the same thing, only instead of up and down, move your otherwise stiff hand side to side. You can also make a fist and rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise using your full range of motion.

Again, strengthening, stretching and massaging your wrists and forearms are very important in maintaining muscle health and imperative for preventing issues caused by repetitive motion. And of course, if your wrist is beginning to hurt or a muscle is feeling strained during bating, take a break, massage and stretch your wrist and forearms (as they work in tandem). You may find that your muscle is ready to go after just a little attention and relief from massage and stretches.

Here’s to strong, healthy wrists,
Toby

Question:

I have a random question that I wonder if I am alone on. I have this habit; I guess you could say, of scratching my balls and sometimes taint just to be able to smell my own scent afterwards. I feel it’s a bad habit for me because I do it every chance I can. I am obsessed with my own stink I guess you could say, it doesn’t matter if I just showered or if it’s from the day of work, I love the scent.

My question is… Is this normal? Am I weird for it? I have tried looking it up, but I can’t seem to find anything on it. I worry because now it’s gotten to the point where I will sniff my own underwear and jerk off to my own scent now.

Thank you for your time!

Answer:

Thank you for your question Scratch and Sniff.

I first want to allay your concerns that there is something wrong with you. You are not “weird for it.” And yes, I do believe that the sexual and sensual pleasure one derives from certain smells, foods, and tastes are COMPLETELY normal! The body can be turned on in many, many ways that scientists and lay people are still researching and discovering. For instance, a friend of mine told me once about binaural beats, which, according to some, can illicit arousal and potential orgasm. I have not tried it enough to collaborate these qualitative results, however.

Pheromones and Aphrodisiacs

Man SweatingIt is common knowledge that many animals, insects, and plants use scent as a way to attract potential mates, mark territory, or invite pollination. There have been many studies through the years on whether the same can be said of humans – do we secrete pheromones that attract or repel other people? It is also common knowledge that when our olfactory system (that part of our brain that registers odor) experiences certain smells, memories can be triggered as well as anything from calm to aggravation.

In a study by Paavo Huovilia and Markus J. Rantala, Androstenone, a pheromone found in sweat, when produced by males have been found to elicit in other males a higher state of “cooperation.” You can find that study here: Androstadienone Study.

In my experience, I have had the pleasure to meet a few guys whose pit odor was a HUGE aphrodisiac for me. The moment I smelled it I was immediately flooded with a sense of arousal and energetic stimulation. This is NOT uncommon for many of us. But don’t expect that with every guy. ‘Cause not everyone smells the same nor do we always retain the same smell throughout our entire life. It is also not uncommon for guys to be turned on by their own smell, much like you are.

My advice – chill out and enjoy the pleasures of your own scent. There’s nothing wrong with you and you are in VERY good company!

Keep sniffing and don’t scratch too hard!
Garland J.

Ask Dr. Bate: Uncircumcised Edging And Early Ejaculation

I have an uncircumcised penis, which I love. But, it’s also sensitive. I definitely love bating and all, but because by dick head is sensitive, I just can’t edge for long periods of time like many bator friends on here. Wish I could. What techniques can I try to increase the time I can edge without releasing?
