I’m not 100% sure of every detail of what is and is not allowed on BW (Please see CG and TOS linked above). But in terms of photos or vids, I am quite sure that any kind of insertion of a penis, either oral or anal is not allowed. In the case of inserting a finger, I think this may be different, but I’m quite sure that it’s okay to speak of digital insertion, that is pushing a finger into your anus.
Of course, as you are probably well-aware, this is an effective way to stimulate the prostate of a friend, or your own. Any kind of insertion into your anus in your own real life will not likely proceed quite like things you see in porn, where huge things may slide in quickly and easily. Most porn is not effective sex education.
Be sure you stimulate your penis intensely for a while before you even touch your anus externally, maybe for at least10 or 20 minutes. Use plenty of lube, make sure your fingernails are clipped short and filed smooth and clean underneath the nail before you attempt this.
